Art for Wellbeing

Art for Wellbeing MK is a creative community dedicated to helping adults reconnect with art, confidence, and themselves. Based in Milton Keynes, we offer inclusive and wellbeing‑focused art classes designed for complete beginners, returning artists, and anyone looking to explore creativity in a supportive environment.

Our art clubs run across local venues and provide a relaxed, encouraging space to learn new skills, meet like‑minded people, and enjoy the positive impact of creativity on mental wellbeing. We offer a changing programme of creative workshops, short courses, and personalised 1:1 art coaching, giving you the freedom to grow at your own pace and discover what inspires you.

Whether you’re picking up a paintbrush for the first time or returning to art after many years, you’ll find a welcoming community ready to support, encourage, and celebrate your creative journey. At Art for Wellbeing MK, everyone is invited to create, connect, and feel the wellbeing benefits of art.

Art Classes and Workshops

Whether you are starting out on your artistic journey or are already half way there.  We have a range of different classes, workshops and art clubs to suit all levels.  Art for Wellbeing aims to give you the opportunity to explore your creative potential, no matter what level you are.  You don’t even need to be able to draw to reep the benefits of being creative.  Not sure if something is for you? Drop me a email and I’d be happy to answer any questions.

I am so pleased I joined one of Vicky’s classes, I wish I had sooner.  I was made to feel very welcome.  Even though I’m new to art I feel I have learnt to relax and try new things.  I’m confident to try things at home now.

Happy Students

I was put off drawing for a long time, at school my teacher told me I couldn’t draw.  50+ years later I now know I can draw and with practice I am improving all the time.
